The petitioner, who is working as Lecturer (School-

New) in Political Science at Government Senior Secondary School, Ser Tendula, District Sirmour, H.P. and is under transfer to Government Senior Secondary School, Saho, District Chamba, has come up before this Court, seeking quashing of the impugned order of transfer dated 20.2.2021 (Annexure P-II).

3. In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.

4. Consequently, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the first respondent, within one week, in accordance with the transfer policy. On receipt of such representation, the said respondent shall decide the same, in the light of the transfer policy occupying the field, within one week. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach this Court again, in case he still feels aggrieved and dissatisfied with the outcome of the representation. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
