Mr. Vikrant Thakur, Advocate, for the respondents. Through Video Conferencing Mr. Vikrant Thakur, learned counsel representing the respondents while placing on record communication dated 6.1.2021, issued under the signature of Executive Director (personnel ) HPSEBL, Vidyut Bhawan, Shimla-4, contends that since documents of the petitioner complete in all respect were not received within time, his case could not be considered in terms of judgment dated 10.10.2020, passed by Division Bench of this Court in CWP No.5691 of 2020. He further states that since time for documentation/interview is already over, direction issued by Division Bench of this Court cannot be complied with at this stage. Aforesaid explanation rendered on record by learned counsel representing the respondents cannot be accepted as far as non- compliance of judgment dated 10.10.2020 passed by Division Bench of this Court is concerned and as such, this Court prima-
facie is of the view that respondent is in contempt. However, before initiating contempt proceedings, deems it fit to grant four weeks' time to file detailed reply, failing which respondent shall remain present in Court on the next date of hearing. Needless to say, pendency of the present petition shall not be a bar for the respondents to rectify its mistake, if so advised.
