CMP No. 482 of 2021 By way of instant application, prayer has been made on behalf of applicant/respondent No. 1, for release of award amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court.

Learned counsel representing the non-

applicant/appellant fairly states that since appeal bearing No. RFA 95/2013, having been filed by non-applicant/appellant, stands finally decided vide a judgment dated 6.4.2018, passed by this Court in RFA No. 84/2013, along with connected matters, prayer made on behalf of applicant for release of award amount can be accepted.

Having heard learned counsel representing the parties and perused the record, this Court finds that appeal having been filed by non-applicant/appellant stands finally decided vide a judgment dated 6.4.2018 and since none of the parties has laid challenge to aforesaid award in the superior Court of law, same has attained finality and as such, there appears to be no impediment in accepting the prayer made in the instant application and accordingly same is allowed. Registry is directed to release the award amount lying deposited in the Registry of ::: Downloaded on - 08/01/2021 20:18:36 :::HCHP this Court in favour of respondent No.1, strictly as per his share, by remitting the same in his saving bank account, detail whereof .
