Since despite publication, aforesaid judgment debtor has not chosen to come present and as such, he is ordered to be proceeded against ex-
parte.
Reply to the application under Order 21 Rule 32 CPC stands filed on behalf of JD No.2, but since copy of the same has not been supplied to learned counsel for the DH, he prays for an adjournment.
In view of the above, let this matter be listed on 18.3.2021. Copy of the reply, if not already supplied, be supplied to learned counsel for the DH, enabling him to render proper assistance to this Court on the next date of hearing.
