(Through Video Conference) CMP No. 14578 of 2020 This application is disposed of with the direction that the excess amount, as is due and admissible for refund in terms of the final judgment of this Court, with up-to-date interest thereon, be refunded to the applicants, by remitting the same in their bank account, as per details mentioned in the application.
CMP No. 14579 of 2020 On the request of learned Counsel for the applicant, this application is being treated as application for release of award amount on behalf of applicants/respondents No. 1, 2, 4 to 8 only. The application is disposed of with the direction that the award amount in terms of the judgment passed by this Court, with up-to-date interest, be now released in favour of the applicants/respondents No. 1, 2 and 4 to 8, as per their respective shares, by remitting the same in the bank account(s), as per de- tails provided in the application.
The award amount falling to the share of respondent No. 3, who is stated to have expired, shall not be released as of now.
The application stands disposed of accordingly.
