Ms. Shubh Mahajan, learned counsel for the non-
applicants/respondents states that as per instructions imparted to her, entire amount in terms of judgment alleged to have been violated stands released in favour of the applicant/petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner while admitting aforesaid factum contends that some amount on account of arrears on pension still remains to be paid.
Consequently, in view of the aforesaid compliance, present application is disposed of with direction to the non-
applicants/respondents to make balance payment, if any, within a period of three weeks from today. In case petitioner still remains aggrieved, liberty is reserved to him to approach appropriate forum in the appropriate proceedings.
