2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to make a representation to the respondents with regard to the impugned transfer order. In view of the submission made, his request is accepted. Petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the respondents, within a period of one week from today, with regard to his transfer in terms of Annexure P-2. Within a period of two weeks 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes.

thereafter, the respondents shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. Till then, the petitioner shall continue at the present place of posting.
