As a sequel to the previous order, the petitioner had not only joined the investigation but also offered to re-construct the cow-shed. However, the villagers objected the same on the grounds that the previous cow-shed was an encroachment. Given the conduct of the petitioner, the petition is allowed and the order dated 20.1.2021 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions.
