                This petition coming on for orders this day, the Court





    passed the following:

                            JUDGMENT

Reply, stated to have filed, is not on record. However, learned Deputy Advocate General submits that reply stands filed, wherein it has been communicated that the directions issued by the erstwhile H.P. State Administrative Tribunal vide order dated 25.04.2018 stand complied with vide Office Order dated 23.07.2018, whereby claim of the petitioner has been considered and rejected.

2. Copy of the reply alongwith copy of the aforesaid Office order stands supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Faced with aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner intends to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate comprehensive petition for redressal of his grievances including assailing Office Order dated 23.07.2018.

4.
