                            JUDGMENT

FIR No. Dated Police Station Sections 350/2020 22.9.2020 SUNDERNAGAR, 376, 506 IPC & 6 DISTT. MANDI OF POCSO ACT Status report has been produced in a sealed cover. It has been opened in the presence of Mr. N.S. Chandel, Senior Advocate, learned Amicus Curiae and Mr. Nand Lal Thakur, learned Additional Advocate General and they have gone through it. Status report alongwith outer cover is taken on record, which shall form part of the file.

2. A perusal of the status report reveals that Special Investigation Team (SIT) has concluded the investigation and launched prosecution by filing a police report under Section 173 (2), Cr.PC.

3. Given above, there is nothing for this Court to do anything and as such, this petition is closed. It is clarified that observations made in this petition shall not be considered as an expression of opinion during the trial. All pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
