Learned Additional Advocate General while placing on record communications dated 29th July, 2021 and 31st July, 2021, submits that the petitioner firm has been allowed to continue with the outsourcing of Sanitation services in CH Palampur for the financial year 2021-2022 on extension on the same rates/service charges as negotiated for being identified as lowest bidder and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition.
