ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned advocates for the respective parties.
2. Learned AGP has placed on record the order passed by the Authority concerned, whereby the impugned order dated 14th May, 2026, letter No.DTE/0177/05/2026, has been withdrawn along with the consequential communications issued therein and the impugned order has accordingly been cancelled.
3. A fresh notice shall be issued to the concerned petitioners after extending an opportunity of hearing.
4. It is apparent that, by way of filing the present petition, the consequential order dated 14.05.2026 has also been challenged. Therefore, in view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the impugned notice having been withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
5.
