1. By way of the present application, the applicant has prayed to release him on furlough leave on the ground that he has not been released on any kind of bail during the past three years.
2. Heard learned APP appearing for the respondent-State. Perused the documents produced along with the application as well as the averments made therein, including the jail report.
3. Moreover, as per the jail remarks, the conduct of the applicant is also not found to be good. Therefore, the present application deserves to be rejected and is accordingly rejected.
