ORAL ORDER
1. Rule. Learned APP waives service of notice of rule for respondent - State of Gujarat.
2. By way of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed to release him on parole leave on the ground of performing post death rituals of his brother who has expired on 14.05.2026. In support of it, necessary documents are produced on record.
3. I have heard learned advocates appearing for the parties and have also perused the documents produced along with the petition as well as considered the averments made in this petition including jail remarks. 4. Therefore, the present petition stands allowed partly. The petitioner prisoner is ordered to be released on parole leave for a period of two weeks from the date of his actual release, on executing personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) before the Jail authority and on usual terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Jail Authority.
5. The petitioner shall surrender before Jail Authority on completion of parole leave, without fail.
6. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted. Registry to communicate the present order to the concerned jail authority forthwith.
