ORAL ORDER
1. RULE. Learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.
2. The present petition is preferred by the applicant to release him on furlough on the ground of providing financial assistance to his family.
3. Learned APP draws attention of this Court to the jail report to indicate that whenever he was released from jail, he surrendered in time and his jail conduct is reported to be good and he is in jail since last 7 years and 6 months.
4. In that view of the matter, the petition is partly allowed. The applicant is ordered to be enlarged on furlough leave for a period of fourteen days from the date of his actual release on usual terms and conditions including furnishing a bail bond of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the concerned jail authority.
