ORAL ORDER
Rule. Learned APP waives service of notice of rule for respondent - State of Gujarat.
1. By way of the present application, the applicant has prayed to release him on parole leave on the ground that he has undergone more than 22 years of imprisonment. In support of it, necessary documents are produced on record.
2. Considering the fact that the applicant has undergone already 22 years of incarceration, the present application deserves to be allowed.
3. In view of the above, the present application stands allowed partly. 5. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Registry is directed to communicate this order to the concerned Jail Authority by fax / email message forthwith.
