ORAL ORDER
Learned advocate for the applicant submits that, the applicant had undergone the medical treatment and shall surrender tomorrow before the Jail Authority. It is further submitted that, the Co-ordinate Bench had earlier extended the parole leave of the applicant till 08.05.2026. Learned advocate for the applicant has also placed on record the medical papers pertaining to the treatment undergone by the applicant.
Considering the facts, the Parole leave of the applicant is extended till 16.05.2026. Learned advocate for the applicant upon instructions submits that, the applicant shall surrender before the Jail Authority by 05.00 pm tomorrow i.e. 16.05.2026. Direct service is permitted.
