Considering the submission of learned advocate for the applicant, the learned APP who is conducting the trial in Special NDPS Case No. 10 of 2025 before the concerned Special Court is hereby directed to summon the witnesses and proceed with the trial as expeditiously as possible, considering other older matters on board before the concerned Court.

Permission as prayed for is granted. If the trial does not progress substantially, the applicant will be at liberty to file fresh bail application on such ground after six months. Application stands disposed of as withdrawn, with the above liberty.
