5. It is open for the petitioner to file an appropriate application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 before the appropriate Court, as prayed.
6. With the aforesaid liberty, the present application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged. No order as to costs. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
