1. Heard Mr. Umar Farooqui, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of Mr. Zamir Z. Shaikh, learned Advocate for the applicant.

At the outset, Mr. Farooqui, learned Advocate, would state that due to inadvertence, a single revision application is filed against the impugned common judgment and order dated 30.04.2026 passed by the Appellate Court in Criminal Appeal Page 1 of 2 Uploaded by MR. So, under the instructions of his client, Mr. Farooqui, learned Advocate, would request this Court to permit him to withdraw this revision application with a liberty to file a fresh revision application against the judgment and order passed in each appeal.

3. Permission as sought for is granted.

4. It is made clear that this Court has neither gone into nor examined the merits of the matter.

5. The Registry shall return the certified copy of the impugned judgment and order passed by the Courts below to the learned Advocate for the applicant.

6. With the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the applicant, the present revision application is disposed of as not pressed. No order as to costs.

7. Criminal Misc. Application (For Suspension Of Sentence) No. 1 of 2026 also stands disposed of accordingly.
