                                                          ORDER

1. RULE. Learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.

2. The present petition has been preferred by the party-in- person, wife of the petitioner to release the petitioner on parole on the ground of financial filing appeal and engaging an advoate.

3. Learned APP tenders jail record which indicates the jail conduct of the petitioner to be good.

5. In that view of the matter, the petition is partly allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on parole leave for a period of TEN DAYS (10 DAYS) from the date of his actual release on usual terms and conditions including furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- to the satisfaction of the jail authority. The petitioner shall surrender before the jail authority on or before the expiry of the period of parole leave. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
