The present application has been filed seeking parole leave on the ground of filing an appeal before the High Court.
Perusing the jail remarks, it appears that lastly when the applicant- accused was released on temporary bail, he was absconded for 858 days and thereafter, apprehended by the police. No case is made out to entertain the present application.
The jail authority is directed to provide legal aid to the applicant for the purpose of filing an appeal through Gujarat Legal Services Authority.
With the aforesaid direction, the present application stands disposed of.
