ORAL ORDER
1. The present application is filed by the applicant for enlarging him on parole leave on the ground of providing financial assistance to his family.
2. Rule returnable forthwith. Learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent State.
3. Having considered the ground mentioned in the application and considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this court is inclined to exercise discretion in favour of the applicant.

The said deposit shall be returned to the applicant when he surrenders within the stipulated time without any further order from this Court. In case, the applicant fails to surrender within stipulated time, the amount of security deposit shall be forfeited by the jail authority.
5. In addition to Rs.5 lakhs, he shall also furnish a personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the jail authority. The applicant shall also mark his presence before the concerned police station every alternate day and shall surrender to the jail authorities on expiry of the parole period.
6. The application is partly allowed. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
