1. The applicant herein has preferred the present application praying for 30 days parole leave for making arrangement for payment of the arrears amount of maintenance for his wife.
2. On perusing the jail remarks, it appears that the applicant was sentenced for non-payment of fine to the tune of Rs.1,54,000/-.
3. Learned APP, Ms. Vrunda Shah has submitted that the applicant has already undergone 11 months of his sentence and as of now, only 3 to 4 months remain for completion of the said sentence.
