1. Rule.
2. Learned APP, Ms. Vrunda Shah submits that the investigating officer, Mr. V. B. Chaudhary, PSI, is present before the Court. The applicant was given a notice to appear on 15.05.2026 before the investigating officer for recording his statement, however learned APP, upon instructions from the Investigating Officer who is present before the Court submits that, after recording the applicant's statement on 15.05.2026, if need arises to arrest the applicant, the Investigating Officer shall give him 7 days prior notice.

3. Learned senior advocate Mr. S. I. Nanavaty states that, the applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall remain present in view of the notice, which has been served upon him.
4. In view of the above, learned senior advocate Mr. S. I. Nanavaty for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application, with a liberty to file a fresh bail application before the concerned competent Court, if circumstances so arise.
5. It is hereby clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of this application. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of as being withdrawn.
