ORDER
[1] RULE. Learned APP waives service of rule for the respondent-State.
[2] The present application has been preferred by the applicant seeking parole leave on the ground of making financial arrangements for preferring a revision application before this Court.
[3] Heard learned advocate appearing for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the respondent - State.
[4] Having read the application and perused the documents on record, it appears that the applicant was recently arrested on 21.04.2026. [5] In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to use judicial discretion in favour of the applicant to release him on parole leave. The application is rejected. Rule is discharged.
