                                                               ORDER

[1] RULE. Learned APP waives service of rule for the respondent-State.

[2] The present application has been preferred by the applicant seeking parole leave on the ground of making financial arrangements for preferring a revision application before this Court.

[3] Heard learned advocate appearing for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the respondent - State.

[4] Having read the application and perused the documents on record, it appears that the applicant was recently arrested on 21.04.2026. However the authority is directed to provide legal aid to the applicant if he intends to initiate any further legal proceedings.

[5] In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to use judicial discretion in favour of the applicant to release him on parole leave. The application is rejected. Rule is discharged.
