ORDER
1. The present application has been preferred by the applicant to release him on temporary bail on the ground of the serious medical condition of the applicant's father, who is suffering from cancer.
2. Heard learned advocate appearing for the applicant and learned APP appearing for the respondent - State. Perused the application and other material placed on record including report received from the Superintendent of Jail which is placed on record by the learned APP. Learned APP draws attention of this Court to the jail report to indicate that the jail conduct of the applicant is reported to be good and he is never released .

The applicant shall mark his presence at nearer police station twice in a week and surrender before the concerned jail authority upon completion of temporary bail period. Rule is made absolute accordingly. Direct service is permitted.
