ORDER
The present petition is filed on the ground of performing marriage ceremony of niece of the applicant and on the same ground earlier also he was released. Further, application of the petitioner is pending on administrative side before the respondent authority.
In view of the above, the respondent authority is directed to expeditiously decide the same and inform about the outcome.
Since the application of the applicant is pending with respondent authority, this Court is not inclined to exercise parallel jurisdiction at this stage. Accordingly, present petition is disposed of.
