ORAL ORDER
1. The present application is filed by the Applicant for enlarging him on Temporary Bail for a period of 30 days on the ground of providing medical assistance and financial assistance to his family.
2. Heard learned Advocate Mr. Aarti G. Phanfat for the Applicant and learned APP Ms. Jirga Jhaveri appearing on behalf of the Respondent - State.
3. Rule returnable forthwith. Learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the Respondent State.

4. Having heard the arguments advanced by the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the ground mentioned in the Application, this court is inclined to exercise discretion in favour of the applicant.
5. The application is partly allowed. The Applicant is ordered to be released on Temporary Bail for ONE day i.e. on 14.05.2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. excluding the travel time with police custody and the police personnel shall accompany the applicant in civil clothes. The expenditure of this exercise shall be borne by the Government. Upon completion of the said time limit as mentioned hereinabove, the custody of the applicant shall be remitted to the jail authorities.
6. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. It is hereby clarified that no further extension shall be granted. Rule is made absolute.
