ORDER
1. RULE. Learned APP waives service of rule for the respondent-State.
2. The present application has been preferred by the applicant through jail to release him on temporary bail on the ground for providing financial aid to his family.
3. Learned APP draws attention of this Court to the jail report to indicate that the jail conduct of the applicant is reported to be good.
4. The applicant surrender before the concerned jail authority upon completion of temporary bail period. Application is partly allowed. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Registry is directed to communicate this order by Fax to the concerned Jail Authority.
