ORDER
1. RULE. Learned APP waives service of rule for the respondent-State.
2. The present application has been preferred by the applicant through jail to release him on temporary bail on the ground of immersion of the bones/ashes of his deceased son as well as for providing financial aid to his family.
3. Learned APP draws attention of this Court to the jail report to indicate that the jail conduct of the applicant is reported to be good.
4. Taking into consideration the grounds urged in this application and also the applicant is a 72 year-old and there is Page 1 of 2 Uploaded by DHARMENDRA KUMAR(HC01071) on Wed May 13 2026 Downloaded on : Wed May 13 21:41:57 IST 2026 NEUTRAL CITATION R/CR.MA/11469/2026 ORDER DATED: 12/05/2026 undefined no other member who can manage the financial stability of the family, as well as applicant's jail conduct is reported to be good and also he is arrested on 21.10.2025, the applicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of 7 (seven) days from the date of his actual release on furnishing personal bond of Rs.5,000/- to the satisfaction of the concerned authority, on usual terms and conditions. The applicant shall mark his presence at nearer police station twice in a week and surrender before the concerned jail authority upon completion of temporary bail period. Application is partly allowed. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Registry is directed to communicate this order by Fax to the concerned Jail Authority.
