                                                                   ORDER

1) RULE. Learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.

2) The present petition is preferred by the petitioner to release him on parole leave for 30 days on the ground of engaging Advocate and seeking legal advice.

3) Learned APP draws attention of this Court to the jail report to indicate that this is the first parole leave application of the applicant and his jail conduct is reported to be good and he is in jail since 2023.

4) The applicant is convicted for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and arrested on 01.09.2023, and for almost 2 years and 8 months he has never been granted parole leave. His jail conduct is also good. In that view of the matter, the petition is partly allowed. 5) The petitioner shall mark presence at nearest police station and surrender before the jail authority on or before the expiry of the period of parole leave. It is made clear that no further extension will be given to the petitioner.

6) Registry to communicate this order through Fax to the concerned Jail Authority. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
