ORDER
The present application is preferred by the petitioner through jail for releasing him on parole to file appeal.
From the jail record, it appears that the petitioner is convicted recently. On earlier occasion, when he was released on temporary bail, he remained absconding for 525 days and apprehended by the Police. The present application is filed to file appeal.
This Court is not inclined to grant the application. The application stands dismissed. However, jail authority is directed to make good to provide the legal aid and to make good preferring the appeal by the present applicant.
