1. RULE. Learned APP waives service of rule for the respondent-State.
2. The present application is preferred by the petitioner seeking temporary bail. The petitioner is in jail since September, 2024.
3. The present application is preferred by the petitioner for providing financial assistance to this family. The petitioner is facing serious charge under Section 103, 189(2), 191(1), 191(3) of BNS and is having past antecedents. The trial is also in progress. No case is made out.
4. Considering the reason stated in the application as well as the jail remarks, this Court is not inclined to grant temporary bail. Hence, the present application stands dismissed. Rule is discharged.
