ORAL ORDER
1. Rule. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of rule on behalf of respondent - State.
2. By way of the present application, the applicant has prayed to release him on temporary bail on the ground of medical treatment of his daughter and, hence, the presence of the applicant is required. In support of it, necessary documents are produced on record.
3. Therefore, the present application deserves to be allowed.
4. Therefore, the present application stands allowed partly.
The under-trial prisoner is ordered to be released on temporary bail for one day from morning 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (excluding travel time) with police custody at government cost. The police personnel shall be in civil clothes. The police personnel shall take the applicant to his residence, which is mentioned in the memo of application.
5. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted.
6. Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail authority forthwith.
