The present application is filed seeking parole leave on the ground of filing an appeal.
Perusing the jail remarks, it indicates that when the accused was released on last occasion, he was absconded for 509 days and thereafter, he was apprehended by the police. No case is made out to entertain the present application. Hence, the present application is rejected.
In view of the above, the jail authority is directed to facilitate to file the appeal through Gujarat Legal Services Authority by providing the best legal aid.
