Heard party-in-person.
The present application is filed seeking parole leave on the ground of providing financial assistance to the family.
Perusing the jail remarks, it indicates that in August, 2025, the accused was remain absconded for 148 days and only apprehended by the police. Earlier also, he was remain absconded for 425 days and only apprehended by the police. The conduct of the accused is not good. No case is made out to entertain the present application. Hence, the present application is rejected.
