1. RULE. learned APP Ms. Jirga Jhaveri waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of the respondent - State.
2. The present application is filed by the petitioner under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for Condonation of Delay of 30 days.
3. Considering the averments made in the application, sufficient cause has been established for the said delay. Hence, the delay of 30 days in preferring the application deserves to be condoned and is hereby condoned.
4. Accordingly, the present application is allowed in above terms.
