ORDER
1. RULE. Learned APP waives service of rule for the respondent- State.
2. The present application has been preferred by the party-in- person, who is the uncle (Mama) of the applicant, seeking temporary bail for the applicant on the ground of attending the posthumous rituals of his grandfather, which are scheduled to be held on 18th May, 2026, as his grandfather passed away on 07.05.2026.
3. Learned APP draws attention of this Court to the jail report to indicate that the jail conduct of the applicant is reported to be good.
4. Taking into consideration the grounds urged in the present application, is partly allowed, the applicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail from 18.05.2026 to 20.05.2026 on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.5,000/- to the satisfaction of the concerned authority, on usual terms and conditions. The applicant shall surrender before the concerned jail authority on 20.05.2026 at 11:00 A.M. without fail. Rule is made absolute accordingly. Direct service is permitted.
