Mansuri, learned advocate for the appellants at the outset would submit that the appellants have instructed him not to press the present appeal as it is arising out of an order passed by the learned Single Judge in a matter of award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.

The Letters Patent Appeal under Section 15 of the Letters Patent is not maintainable against the order passed by the learned Single Judge in exercise of power under Article 227 of the Constitution of India in view of the decision of the Full Bench in Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation vs. Firoze M. Mogal [2013 SCC Online Guj 8638].
