ORAL ORDER
Since the issue raised in this petition is squarely covered by the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in case of Dhanasingh Prabhu Vs. Chandrasekar and another, 2025, LawSuit (SC) 928, learned advocate for the petitioner, under the instructions, seeks permission to withdraw present petition. Permission granted. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule discharged. Interim relief granted earlier stands vacated. Consequently, Criminal Misc. It is clarified that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter.
