1. On 12.04.2019, this Court has passed the following order:
"Though served, no one appears. It is submitted by the learned AGP Ms.Thakore, that the subject matter is covered by the judgment of a Division Bench of this Court rendered in Letters Patent Appeal No. 380 of 2016. Stand over to 16.04.2019."
2. Even after passage of more than 05 years, the private respondents have chosen not to file appearance.
3. 4. Thus, the present appeal stands disposed of in terms of the judgement and order dated 29.06.2018 dismissing Letters Patent Appeal No.380 of 2016 and allied matters.
5. As a sequel, the connected civil application also stands disposed of.
