ORAL ORDER
Present appeal is filed by the appellant - Employees State Insurance Corporation under Section 82 of the Employees State Insurance Act against the impugned judgment and award dated 15.06.2006 passed by the learned Judge, E.S.I. Court No.2, Rajkot in E.S.I. Application No.3 of 1990 whereby the E.S.I. Court has allowed the application and quashed and set aside the notice issued by the appellant.
It appears that the present appeal admitted on 17.11.2006. The notice of admission issued by the Court was unserved upon the respondent and thereafter though fresh notice came to be issued on 08.07.2024 and 13.08.2025, but the appellant is unable to serve the same/respondent.

In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter. In case of any difficulty, the appellant shall revive the matter by filing appropriate application, which shall be decided in accordance with law. Registry is directed to transmit back the record and proceedings of the case to the concerned trial Court forthwith.
Pending civil application/s shall stand disposed of accordingly.
