Learned Advocate Mr. Shegun Chokshi for learned Advocate Mr. S.P. Majmudar appearing for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the present writ application, Regular Civil Suit No. 38 of 2011 in question is already dismissed by the Trial Court vide its judgment and decree dated 28.02.2025. He tenders the simple copy of the aforesaid judgment passed by Trial Court, which is taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid development, which has taken place, the present writ application has become infructuous accordingly, hence, the same is disposed of as having become infructuous. Interim relief stands vacated forthwith. Rule is discharged.
