1. The present application has been preferred for seeking condonation of delay of 32 days caused in preferring the appeal against the impugned judgment and award.

2. Heard learned advocate for the applicant.

3. Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that the delay of 32 days has occasioned in preferring the appeal owing to the reasons that the certified copies of the impugned judgment and award could not be transmitted to the concerned advocate owing to the mistake of the clerk and therefore the delay has occasioned in obtaining the appropriate instructions from the head office of the applicant to prefer the appeal. He further submitted that the delay is neither intentional nor malafide. Having considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the applicant and having regard to the ground for delay pressed into service, I am of the considered view that the delay has been sufficiently explained and the same deserves to be condoned. Accordingly, delay is condoned. No order as to costs.
