1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the present application is filed for seeking condonation of delay of 226 days in preferring the appeal against the impugned judgment and award dated 09.10.2024 passed by learned Tribunal, Rajkot in MACP No. 1309 of 2015. He further submitted that owing to the poverty of the applicant, the application for seeking permission to prefer the appeal as an indigent person, could not be filed in time.
