Learned advocate Mr. Jigneshkumar Nayak for the applicant, in light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in case of M/s. Celestium Financial V. A. Gnanasekaran arising out of Special Leave Petition (Crl.) Nos. 137- 139/2025, seeks permission to withdraw the present application as well as the captioned criminal appeal, which is at filing stage, to file appropriate appeal before the learned Sessions Court.
Permission, as sought for, is granted. The present application as well as the captioned criminal appeal, which is at filing stage, stand disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
