1. When the matter is taken up, learned Advocate for the applicant is absent.
2. Learned AGP has drawn our attention to order passed by this Court on last occasion, wherein this Court in its order dated 12-09-2025 has recorded that directions contained in oral judgment dated 02-02-2024, compliance of which sought for in the present application have already been met with.
3. The matter was adjourned to today for learned Advocate for the applicant to find out as to compliance is already effected or not.

4. The Court has taken into consideration the Report given by learned AGP and which is placed on record to indicate that directions are in fact complied with.
5. In view of the aforesaid, the Court deems it fit to disposed of present application in view of substantial compliance of the oral judgment dated 02-02-2024 of this Court.
6. Hence, present Application stands disposed of accordingly. Liberty in case of difficulty.
