1. Heard learned advocate for the applicant. Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that the applicant has preferred the appeal against the impugned judgment and award dated 25.04.2025 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal (Auxiliary) Kheda at Nadiad in M.A.C.P. no.659 of 2024.

2. He further submitted that the Registry raised the objections for non payment of court fees. The said objection could not be removed owing to the inadvertent mistake on the part of the lawyer. He further submitted that the court fees has already been received.
