1. The present application has been filed for restoration of the appeal filed against the impugned judgment and award dated 05.02.2025 passed in MACP no.121 of 2022 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Main), Mahesana.

2. Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that the office objections regarding payment of court fees could not be removed due to some technical error as the name of the applicant was not reflected in the E-portal and the name of the opposite party incorrectly shown in the receipt generated by the system. Having considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the applicant, the delay has occasioned in removal of office objections regarding the payment of court fees owing to the technical error in the E-portal system. Therefore, the present application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly the appeal is directed to be restored to its original file.

4. Registry is directed to take necessary steps.
